On Friday 27th January, the children in Year One took part in a road safety workshop. They were introduced to the stop, look, listen and think rule that should be used when crossing the road. The children were able to put their learning into action by crossing the road safely. They also discussed the importance of high visibility clothing and safety precautions that should be taken when crossing the road when it is dark. Year One have created posters to share their knowledge and learning about the importance of road safety with other children and members of the community.
